About Naturland
Naturland is one of the world’s leading organizations promoting organic agriculture, with initiatives spanning from Germany to Vietnam. The organization develops strategies, training, and certification standards to support farmers and build sustainable organic value chains.
Together with Schubkraft Lernmedien GmbH, Naturland needed short learning and communication assets for its e-learning program in Vietnam. The videos had to support local learners while also helping donors and partners understand the value of Naturland’s work.

The Challenge: Making Standards Feel Connected to Real Impact
Organic agriculture is not only a set of farming rules. It involves principles, certification requirements, quality assurance, farmer practices, environmental responsibility, and long-term value-chain development.
Without a clear structure, these elements can feel separate. Learners may understand individual requirements but miss how they connect. Donors and partners may see the program activities, but not always the system of change behind them.
Naturland needed a way to explain organic principles and international standards clearly across different audiences: local learners, international partners, and donor stakeholders.
The content also had to work bilingually in English and Vietnamese, while fitting seamlessly into Schubkraft’s e-learning program.

The Solution: Building a Coherent Visual Explanation
F.Learning Studio produced two short animated visual explanations, around four minutes in total.
Instead of treating the videos as simple awareness pieces, we structured them to help audiences see the connection between farming practices, certification, quality assurance, and broader sustainability outcomes.
The visual approach included:
Organic, earthy art direction to reflect the values of sustainable agriculture.
Character-driven storytelling to connect abstract standards with real people and farming contexts.
Clear sequencing of ideas so learners could follow how principles turn into daily practices and long-term impact.
Bilingual versions with subtitles to support both Vietnamese learners and international stakeholders.
Donor and partner branding at the beginning and end of each video to support transparency and stakeholder recognition.


The Results
The videos became practical assets for both learning and stakeholder communication.
For learners, they made organic agriculture principles easier to follow within the e-learning program. For donors and partners, they helped show how Naturland’s work connects training, certification, farmer support, and sustainable agriculture outcomes.
By turning complex standards into a clear visual story, Naturland gained a communication asset that could support education, advocacy, and long-term stakeholder trust.
