Mel Nguyen is a Senior Illustrator at F. Learning Studio with 4 years of experience dedicated to making learning visually rich and rewarding. She believes that effective learning must be engaging first, and she is on a personal mission to eliminate boring, sleep-inducing training modules. As a core visual designer in our Visualizing Complexity framework, Mel doesn’t just create beautiful drawings. She specializes in the “Design” phase of the explanation. By combining relatable character design with strategic storyboarding, she helps bridge the Learning Gap, ensuring that abstract or dry concepts are translated into friendly, accessible, and highly retention-friendly visuals.
